RALEIGH, N.C. -- The Healing Place of Wake County, a recovery and rehabilitation facility for homeless people with alcohol and drug dependency, will receive benefit from a holiday house in Ramblewood at North Hills in Raleigh. The nonprofit agency will receive part of the $5 admission fee for tours of the 3,786-square-foot home, built by Dixon/Kirby & Co., with furnishings by Interior Design by Boyles, holiday décor and floral arrangements designed by The English Garden, and original artwork from ArtSource. From Dec. 8, 2007, through Jan. 6, 2008, the holiday house will be open for tours Wednesdays through Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Information is available at a holiday house website.
