Qualified candidates should have three to five years experience in development, major gift fundraising (or equivalent for-profit experience), with a strong background in finance, law or trust administration. A bachelor’s degree in finance, taxation, estate planning or related field and/or the equivalent is preferred. Strong communication skills, including personal presentations, written materials and public speaking lend to the success of this position. A working knowledge and experience with environmental issues is preferred.
