The Department of Surgery at The University of Arizona College of Medicine invites applications for the following position: Director of Development. The Director will organize, direct, implement and administer a comprehensive development program for the UA Department of Surgery, which includes the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of major gift prospects and donors.

The UA Department of Surgery is located in Tucson, Arizona, and is the College's most rapidly expanding department. The Department consists of 45+ faculty members in nine surgical specialties and strives for excellence in patient care, medical research and academic achievement.
