WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - With funding from the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation, the Center for Creative Leadership will offer a three-day leadership program for nonprofit professionals.

Created in honor of the former president of Wake Forest University, the Tom K. Hearn Leadership Program aims to address the leadership development needs of executive directors of less than five years, or of those in line to succeed current executive directors.

Sessions will be led by employees of the Center for Creative Leadership and will cover topics including goal setting, communication, consensus-building and models of leadership.

The program is free and will be held March 23-25 and Sept. 14-16 at the center's campus in Greensboro.

Each program can accommodate up to 60 attendees; preference will be given to grantees of the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation.
