Anita Brown-Graham, director of the Institute for Emerging Issues at N.C. State University and a trustee of the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation, will offer strategies for transformational leadership, including creating and communicating shared visions, guiding carefully crafted coalitions, anchoring short-term wins, and sustaining broad-based momentum.
