* Cellist Kendall Ramseur, violinist Angela Michelle Story played in 2008 Grammy Awards orchestra, Los Angeles
* Tenor René Barbera won Metropolitan Opera's National Council Auditions, New York
* Dancer Kyle Davis won Grand Prize at the Prix de Lausanne, Switzerland
