Dodgers' charity paid exec $400,000

The Los Angeles Dodgers paid its senior vice president for public affairs over $400,000 from its charity in 2007, or roughly one-fourth of the foundation's budget of nearly $1.6 million, compensation typically paid for overseeing a $100 million charity, The New York Times reported July 8 (see Dodgers charity story).
