Giving to higher education expected to grow 5.7%
A survey by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education says donations to schools, colleges and universities in 2010-11 will grow 5.7 percent, nearly the 20-year annual average increase of 6 percent, The Washington Post reported July 20 (see higher-education giving story).

NYU names chief investment officer for endowment
