Grantees rap Gates Foundation in survey

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation says a survey it commissioned of over 1,500 groups it funded found overwhelmingly negative complaints about its inconsistent communications, lack of responsiveness, and unclear goals, strategies and decision-making processes, the Puget Sound Business Journal reported June 15 (see Gates Foundation story).
