Kellogg, Foundation for Child Development create vulnerable children's fund
W.K. Kellogg Foundation and Foundation for Child Development created Strategic Knowledge Fund to understand, improve lives of vulnerable young children; WKKF committed $1,200,000 to two-year partnership.
