Mott Foundation announces promotions
Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, Flint, Mich., promoted four within program department: Neal R. Hegarty, former program officer, named director; Shannon L. Lawder, former regional director, named director of Civil Society program; Samuel B. Passmore, former program officer, named director of Environment program; J. Walter Veirs, former program officer, named regional director for Central/Eastern Europe.
