Over the past two years, 4,300 papers on entrepreneurship have been added to an online database, which has logged more than half-a-million downloads over the same period.
The Entrepreneurship Research and Policy Network is an online community for research created by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and the Social Science Research Network.
During 2007, the article downloaded most often, 8,706 times, was "Governance Matters VI: Governance Indicators for 1996-2006," by Daniel Kauffman of the World Bank Institute and Aart Kraay and Massimo Mastruzzi, both of the World Bank.
In second place, with 3,519 downloads, was "Deal of No Deal? Decision Making under Risk in a Large-Payoff Game Show," by Thierry Post, Martijn J. Van den Assem and Guido Baltussen, all of Erasmus University Rotterdam, and Richard H. Thaler of the University of Chicago.
Papers in the network are arranged by entrepreneurship topic areas, such as law, social sciences, economics, finance, management, and social entrepreneurship.
