Marcia Marsh, Chief Operating Officer, oversees the execution of World Wildlife Fund's (WWF) strategy. She will present WWF's definition of leadership and the philosophical and practical reasons that are driving the organization's evolution and radical re-engineering. She will examine the challenges WWF and other international environmental/development/aid organizations are facing in a changing international context, how these impact stakeholders, and change implementation based on region/country.
