Replenishing the pool of nonprofit leaders

Nonprofits are dealing with a crisis in leadership caused by a variety of factors, from accounting scandals to retiring Baby Boomers. Many organizations are concerned about where their new pool of leaders will come from, and how to make sure they are ethical and qualified.
